Chennedy Carter REFUSES to answer questions about her BODYCHECK on Caitlin Clark after Indiana Fever beats Chicago Sky | Daily Mail Online

Carter refused to explain her gross actions, which Angel Reese appeared to celebrate on the bench, after the game, but if her X activity is a sign of her true feelings, the WNBA player has no regrets and no remorse.

Chennedy Carter’s X likes are full of tweets mocking and making fun of the situation. She even liked a tweet saying “Chennedy get her one mo [sic] time for me!”

Yes, she apparently thinks the situation is so funny that she should do it again. You can see the liked tweets below. The one telling Carter to do it again is right at the time.

What’s really strange is Clark seems to think her insane cheap shot, which could have seriously hurt Clark, was justified……because the Indiana Fever previously went for a loose ball.

The moment in the game below is what Carter seems to be clinging to in order to prove she did nothing wrong. I seriously have no words for it. If fighting for the ball means you can get jacked up from behind, then we’re not even playing basketball anymore.

The entire situation is just gross, and there’s no excuse for it. Tough plays happen in basketball. People are going to get knocked around. Basketball can be a very physical sport at times.

What Carter did wasn’t a basketball play at all. It was the definition of a cheap shot. Not only was it a cheap shot, but it was cowardly.

Instead of going toe-to-toe, she waited until Clark was defenseless to hit her. Then, Angel Reese apparently thought it was awesome.

The WNBA can’t let this nonsense continue. Tough plays are one thing. Dropping a player with a cheap shot and then mocking it like it’s all some big joke is another. Clark brought in lots of new fans, and her reward is to fight for her safety on the court. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable on all levels.
