Tony Kornheiser blasted today's Washington Post cover.

ESPN.

Even longtime “Pardon the Interruption” co-host Tony Kornheiser is getting on the WNBA about their lack of national TV games for Caitlin Clark.

Kornheiser ripped the WNBA for their “insane” decision to not have Clark’s first preseason game on national television, but instead just available in streaming via their League Pass.

He couldn’t believe it.

“It was unwatchable by me, I couldn’t find it anywhere,” Kornheiser said. “Mike (Wilbon), you told me during the game that it was only available if you had WNBA Pass. I said, ‘That’s insane. What are you doing? This is the most popular athlete in America. People want to see her. Every time she’s on television, the ratings spike … you have to put her out there for free. What is the WNBA doing?”

He accused the league of a “terrible” blunder.

“It’s a terrible marketing blunder,” Kornheiser said. “You don’t do this to Caitlin Clark, you make sure you let her be seen by people.”

The WNBA has faced a lot of criticism about its lack of preseason television options this year. Hopefully, that’s something that’ll change in the years to come.

But right now, anyone trying to watch a lot of games has been frustrated.
