Katie paid £1.35M for the property back in October 2014

KATIE Price is being kicked out of her ‘Mucky Mansion’ after being served an eviction notice.

The property, in Horsham, West Sussex, has been a bomb site for years having been burgled, flooded, and fallen prey to an overflowing septic tank.

According to the Mirror, an eviction notice dated April 24 of this year specifies that the eviction is scheduled for May 29 at 10 am.

Reportedly, Katie’s ex, Carl Woods, had most recently been utilizing the garden as a venue for his used car sales business.

Katie acquired the property for £1.35 million in October 2014.

Property experts suggest that if the property were in good condition, prevailing real estate prices in her affluent locale could potentially fetch double her initial investment, amounting to £2.7 million.

However, it has been suggested that its value may be capped at £1.5 million at best.

This assessment comes despite Katie’s involvement in her own Channel 4 show, Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion, and her ambitious renovation endeavors.

In March, the former glamour model Price, aged 45, faced her second bankruptcy declaration due to an outstanding tax bill.

During the same month, she attracted attention for launching into a tirade about her “Mucky Mansion” and financial struggles while on stage.

At a previous hearing held at the Rolls Building in London, the court was informed that she owes HMRC a substantial sum totaling £761,194.05.

Despite these setbacks, it appears that Katie, aged 45, remains resolute in her determination to persevere, as evidenced by her delivering an inspirational speech at an event.

Appearing alongside a moderator, the star got candid with the audience about the problems that she has so far faced in her life.

“You’ve followed my life, my journey, I say it as it is. Yes, I’m in a bankruptcy,” the My Mucky Mansion star explained.

“But guess what? I own my house. No one could take it off me as well.”

The former Celebrity Big Brother star insisted that she has more to offer despite her fame, more potential left in her and she’s building up her brand up again from the ground up.

“I think cos when you get there, then there’s another opportunity, you grow and you grow, in my eyes I haven’t made it,” Katie said.

“What I’ve gone through now I’m just at the beginning again and I’m gonna grow it again.”

Last month The Sun reported that Katie Price had decided to relocate up north for a fresh start and be nearer to Kerry Katona, her friend of 20 years.
